Pasted into your AI assistant:
When are we shipping, and who writes the changelog?
Friday morning, as long as QA signs off on Thursday. Sam is writing the changelog. (14:02)
What it does, and what it doesn't
- Nothing leaves your PC
- Recording and transcription happen on your computer. There's no account and no cloud. The one thing it downloads is the speech model, once.
- No bot joins the call
- It listens to your own speakers and microphone, so it works with Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Discord, or a call in your browser.
- Your side and theirs, kept apart
- Your microphone and your computer's sound are recorded separately, so the transcript shows which side said what.
- Already recording
- It keeps the last hour in memory, so the meeting is captured before you think to start it. Five minutes to six hours, your choice.
- Always visible
- The tray icon shows when it's recording, and every save tells you so. There is no hidden mode.
How it works
- Install it and leave it running. It starts recording in the tray by itself.
- Turn on the running transcript. Tick Keep a running transcript in Settings. Each day gets one text file, in time order.
- Ask your AI. Open the day's file, paste it into your assistant, and ask anything about the meeting.
